James B. Sineath – Principal

James (Jim) Sineath has a long history in the real estate industry.  His father was actively involved in the real estate industry.  He has been developing projects ranging from multi-family to commercial centers since 1983.  He has been responsible for the management of various real estate portfolios in excess of $100M.  He has developed a reputation as one of the premier leaders in the industry.  His experience is vast, and his fundamental knowledge of the industry continues to add to his success.  Jim is married and has two children and is an active member of his community.

Lawson C. Kirkland - Member

Lawson began his career in banking.  After graduation from Birmingham Southern College he joined SunTrust Bank, and then moved to Business Banking and Corporate Banking with Wachovia Bank, Atlanta.   After receiving his MBA, he begin to pursue a career in real estate.  He has been actively involved in the residential and commercial markets since 2003.

John Sineath – Member

John graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Agribusiness.  He immediately began his real estate career by developing retail shopping centers and industrial space.  In 2006 John joined Ambling Construction Company in a project management role and began to oversee and manage a wide variety of projects.   He has managed multi family projects, student housing projects and retail projects.  Most recently he completed a 524 unit apartment complex in Tallahassee Florida.  John has a solid construction background and has been instrumental in all phases of various projects.
